Refund and Return Policy

At Lavoosh, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

Time Frame You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.

Condition Requirements To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible.

Non Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: underwear, swimwear, earrings, cosmetics and beauty products, final sale items (marked as such at checkout), and personalized or custom made items.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us Email our customer service team at returns@lavoosh.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions within 2 business days.

Step 3: Ship Your Return Package your items securely with the RAN clearly marked on the package. Ship the items back to the address provided in your return instructions.

Return Shipping

Domestic Returns You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

International Returns International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Refund Process

Processing Time Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to inspect and process your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Refund Method Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Refund Amount You will receive a full refund for the returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order on our website. This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Issues If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@lavoosh.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Time Frame You must report damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@lavoosh.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Lavoosh is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location or adding signature confirmation to your order.

If you believe your package was lost in transit before delivery, please contact us at support@lavoosh.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Partial Returns

If you’re returning only some items from your order, your refund will be calculated based on the price of the returned items. If your order qualified for a promotion or discount based on a minimum purchase amount, and your return brings your order below that threshold, the discount will be adjusted accordingly.

Sale and Promotional Items

Sale items are eligible for return within the standard 30 day return period unless marked as final sale. Promotional items or gifts with purchase must be returned along with the items being returned to receive a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Before Shipment If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately at support@lavoosh.com. If we can cancel the order before it’s processed, you will receive a full refund.

After Shipment Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or follow our standard return process once you receive the items.

Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and does not expire.
